why not? eurycoma longfolia (tongkat ali), tribulus and other test booster is used in bodybuilding especially ppl >30 yo.
Most testosterone booster supplements use this ingredients as well. more testo, more muscle, more sex drive (horny), bigger balls, yada yada yada Chow |

When it's about 25-27 inches, I know a rough day is awaiting. shane - is in lbs, I think I'd have a dilated bleeding anus (from shitting bricks) as well if it was in kgs. |

HI all Lyn members,
I am not sure im in da right track on building my body as i just started these few weeks back. I don't expect body as big as "The Rock" aka Dwayne Johnson but at least have the shape. Please advise on my routines and my daily meals. Your help i appreciate the most. My details : Male Age 21 88kg 181cm Daily meals: Breakfast - tuna spread sandwich Lunch - 1/2 rice with meats and veges sometimes noodle Dinner - 1/2 rice with meats and veges Daily routines (at home): Will do exercise either in the morning or afternoon. - 8mins on abs (crunch, sit ups, etc) - 20mins on dumbell (4kg on single hand) And i have few questions: 1) Will there be any effect on my health if i do the routine daily? 2) Will the protein be sufficient? 3) In which time slot is the best to consume lipo 6? 4) 4kg dumbell for a beginner will be difficult? 5) Anyone tried 3caps lipo 6 black in a time? You do the math. 3) 2 in the morning, 2 before workout? 4) dont limit yourself to dumbbells alone, try to incorporate some big compound movements such as squats, deadlifts, military presses,bench..etc. these are what make you grow most. 5) lipo6 does work, i've seen my buddies lose as much as 6kg in over a month on the stuff. BUT, nothing will work if your dont have your diet and training right first. they ain't magic pills. |
