Well... been training during the day more or less around lunch hour ... (really nice to see no ppl in that gym lol) but as you know the parking is costly during the day... further more I'm about to get more busy with uni soon...so i've decided to revert back to night time...mostly 9pm onwards (after the mad crowd subsides) ... but for this week... taking a break...got injured while dipping.... now when i squat or deadlift or dips or triceps extension i feel the damn pain around my right chest... meh!

Yea..hope to rest one week and see how it goes.... lower back injury? been there done that too lol...was experimenting deadlifting and got my form wrong.... had to walk like a duck for the next 5 days...and doc told me to not play with any back related exercise for 3 weeks...that was a year ago =P

not to worry man, i'll be very flexible after 23rd dec... 3 weeks break for me and i can come anytime

never enjoyed using any gloves... i have a harbinger glove sitting around, but i guess bare hands are the best, you feel the grip well enough and yeah it doesnt slip off easily... as for the pain of your hands when pulling too much.... just keep your callous and yo hands wont scream for pain when you lift more

imho,

double rich choc seems ok for me, taste almost close to milo...

vanilla ice cream flav... if u are shaking with milk, its really nice, but with just plain water... it doesnt taste that great...

During the massage one is essentially naked, and she touches everything except the penis and the testicles (but she comes really, really close to them). I felt a little squirmish at the beginning.

I feel so strange now.

lol... to be honest, the rate there isnt so expensive ... that is if u take up in a package... works up to be around rm60 for 1 full hour massage...

ps: i just couldnt understand why sri hartamas must always be related to the word "rich"... if u say desa hartamas and mont kiara, i do agree, but not sri hartamas.... since most of the residents there slaved through their lives to own that house starting from 20 years ago... just a thought, no flaming intentions

well to be honest, kepong is even cheaper, half price to be exact...and not bounded to any sort of package... but.. i don't go for massages, my mom does... and she commented its much better than sri hartamas's.

haihseh, u manage to squat 155kgs back then, and you say you takut...??? and if ure able to squat that much, i'm sure your deadlifts are much higher... and taxing is good, the satisfaction of being able to achieve higher pr's each time is priceless =D

No idea whois Wong Hong, unless you're referring to this guy...the shoulders and upper body is so freaking huge and covered with towel. Even the veins... could be clearly seen from far distance o_0.. seen him quite frequently during night time

woo but its quite surprising to see him in TF Jaya 33 considering he has his own gym in cheras. He never fails to get shocking stares from ppl around him during workout lol
