I got that creatine too, just to compare, how did you actually comsume that? i mean when or how many times per day?

well, sometimes it's causes by the gene, i do hit the gym too but my chest are under develop compared to other parts of my body....somemore he is too slim to build some muscle on chest..i guess. hmmm
