HI all Lyn members,
I am not sure im in da right track on building my body as i just started these few weeks back. I don't expect body as big as "The Rock" aka Dwayne Johnson but at least have the shape. Please advise on my routines and my daily meals. Your help i appreciate the most.
My details :
Male
Age 21
88kg
181cm
Daily meals:
Breakfast - tuna spread sandwich
Lunch - 1/2 rice with meats and veges sometimes noodle
Dinner - 1/2 rice with meats and veges
Daily routines (at home):
Will do exercise either in the morning or afternoon.
- 8mins on abs (crunch, sit ups, etc)
- 20mins on dumbell (4kg on single hand)
And i have few questions:
1) Will there be any effect on my health if i do the routine daily?
2) Will the protein be sufficient?
3) In which time slot is the best to consume lipo 6?
4) 4kg dumbell for a beginner will be difficult?
5) Anyone tried 3caps lipo 6 black in a time? Any effect on it?
