currently i am starting 5x5.
u can get the pump if u do it right. i just started 2 sessions. started off with 100kg squat 5x5 75kg bench press 5x5 75kg rows 5x5 145kg deadlift 1x5 45kg military press 5x5 doing split days, as in, 1st day squat, bench, rows 2nd day, squat deadlift military press. i try am adding 2.5kg each workout i think i am starting to get use to the squat coz my leg aint soring too bad |

wow thats a "lot" of protein u got there. hahaha... its just 20+ grams if not mistaken. =.= hahaha... barely enough for a meal. u need 1g per pound. roughly there. i bet u need at least 130grams or more. unless u super light |
