not necessary... change ur routine after some time, coz ur muscle got use to the workout.
give ur muscle some shock by changing ur routine.

currently i am starting 5x5.
u can get the pump if u do it right.
i just started 2 sessions.
started off with
100kg squat 5x5
75kg bench press 5x5
75kg rows 5x5
145kg deadlift 1x5
45kg military press 5x5

doing split days, as in, 1st day squat, bench, rows
2nd day, squat deadlift military press.
i try am adding 2.5kg each workout
i think i am starting to get use to the squat coz my leg aint soring too bad

wow thats a "lot" of protein u got there. hahaha...
its just 20+ grams if not mistaken. =.=
hahaha... barely enough for a meal.
u need 1g per pound. roughly there.
i bet u need at least 130grams or more.
unless u super light

try to practice good form 1st instead of poundage.
poundage with horrible form, u might as well no need do.

I can keep good posture with these weights, no sore, no aches, no discomfort no nothing.
And yeah..I'm doing stronglift 5X5 with 5Kg increment and I don't do set A for the first day and set B for the second day.
I do set A and B per training. It's like I'm defying what Mehdi said on his website. Should i split em apart and train with 2.5Kg increment as suggested instead? I feel I can go faster though..

well, remember that proper form is more important than poundage.
you will be just labeled someone who wants to show off if u take heavy weights with horrible form.
also remember to leave ur ego out once entering the gym.
if u feel u can, then by all means go ahead. =.=
