hehe no worries braindead_fr3ak, i just happen to have found this thread, and there are like 160 pages including the 1st version, but sadly every 3-4 pages have very little progress pictures.. so,yeah i like to see other people's progress which is why i'm alittle frustrated over this thead but its okay if u guys still want to talk here.. nothign i can do..hehe

april 70kg
june 74kg
august 78kg
september(till today) 76kg , dropped due to puasa, muscles have shrunk too,but will get it back quickly after hari raya,luckily our body has muscle memory
i have a log too,if u would like to know my weight lifting stats
i will just write down from april to august ok?
standard 10reps for each exercises
incline bench press 40kg to 70kg
flat smith bench press 45kg to 75kg
military press(most difficult to progress for me) 40kg to 50kg
barbell bend over rows 50kg to 75kg
weighted pullups(also most difficult to progress) bodyweight to +5kg
squats 85kg to 120kg
i doubt i can lift anymore of those weights during August due to fasting month, they are the heaviest i can lift so far but i guess puasa month has eaten up plenty of my muscles n strength although im eating as much as i could..sigh i have to climb back after hari raya..
