QUOTE(registryeditor @ Sep 13 2009, 02:24 PM) you probably have been doing the same exercise everyday since dinosaurs roamed the earth. thats why your muscles have adapted and they know whats coming, so, have prepared before hand. try a different workout routine for the next 8 weeks or something. maybe something of the total opposite. you go makan with them today ? For shoulders alone I do 26 sets, not including shrugs and warmup sets.

Thing is I can clearlysee the muscle striation in my shoulders, but I can't seem to get that decent cannonball shaped delts that separates the shoulders from the biceps and tri's.

QUOTE(ecVk @ Sep 13 2009, 05:59 PM) YEAH! MY TRAPS ARE SORE INSTEAD OF MY SHOULDERS. Why is that so? The way i do is wrong? if too heavy, some people tends to push too much along with their traps. here's a few tips : 1) relax your traps and keep that in mind that you're pushing with delts, not traps (mind-muscle connection) 2) push slightly OUT and UP, instead of directly up. (you can practice with machine first) 3) look at the mirror to make sure you relax the traps all the time instead of "cramping" them Chow This post has been edited by bata: Sep 13 2009, 06:16 PM

QUOTE(Kmaru @ Sep 13 2009, 06:41 PM) BYK GILA 26... KENAPA YA ? Hmm, 10 sets shoulder presses, 6 sets bent over lateral raises, 5 sets upright rows, 5 sets lateral raises. Too much ke? Read that Arnold and Steve Michalik went really high on their sets and got great results. So yeah... But I think my poundages are lower compared to those who go lower sets. Currently doing 20kg drop sets for presses and rows, 7.5kg for bent overs, side laterals 9kgs. Is it ok? I used to really neglect my delts. So trying to even them out.

QUOTE(bata @ Sep 13 2009, 10:29 PM) pehh...huge quads promo shot Chow Towel has to go, contrast ratio is too high for the black. top left corner, get rid of that item, and the bed frame and the little frame above it Reduce opacity on the FIT logo. probably put it in the center.

QUOTE(Florian @ Sep 13 2009, 11:35 PM) Seriously a promo shoot? It needs a better background la... The concept is there, background is too busy and the character doesn't stand out much because the photo editor might have pulled the contrast level on the Curve Function in photoshop too low (or other similar actions) , the vignetting is a little bit too much. All he needs right now is a good photographer, a good tag, and a nice clean background or some props like bench, some plates etc.
