Try shrugging using the smith at first and once you have the movement then go free-weight.

One of the odd exercises i saw was doing dumbbell bench press using a Swiss ball and the guy was using 100Lbs per side (Max weight for dumbbell),i tried it the following and found that its quite hard as i was only able to use 30Lbs and maintain correct form,if i went for higher poundage its really hard to control the movemnt.

Does anybody want to experiment with the swiss ball? It sounds like if you can overload those stabilizers, you may be able to get some way in strength.

Anybody?

Care to elaborate on that one bro?

Am curious.

The guy who did that is the previous manager/owner of Celebrity fitness,Jamie is his name.

Serious bodybuilder with an awesome body, now no longer in Malaysia tho,he is American.

Used to pump the 100 pounders as if it was nothing,i spotted him for barbell bench until 250kgs.

I might give the Swiss ball bench a serious effort if i see some progress in 3 more weeks.

Sure, ego is not a problem as i take it more as a challenge!

Push ups might require a little bit more balance.

Just try not to fall off the swiss ball. It's a big mess if that happens.

Its easy to balance actually, the trick is balancing both weights at the end of your arms and also to control the rebound.

About the chest i also have a kinda same problem, the fat around the nipple area still remains!

I tried almost anything i could think of to get rid of it:

-Supersets
-Train to failure
-Low weight and high reps
-Even a bit exotic exercises such as Swiss ball press and decline press
-My diet has been almost impeccable for the last month

The result is that my upper chest has almost no fat left, not even enough to pinch.

But the lower part is freaking ugly.

Am even considering if its gyno even though i never touched roids.

Any inputs?
