What Im trying to say is.... Its pointless if you wanna grow big without a lil of muscle definition, BIG is not an issure for most of use here.... I can just sit eat and train to be at 90kg... Do you want ppl to ask "which gym do you go" or do you have to tell ppl that "i go to the gym"

Nice.. But ill suggest you to mix your creatine with a whey... I strongly believe once you stop your creatine you gonna lose a lil weight and size.. If you mix it with whey, once you stop your creatine you will definitely see much more larger and define muscle.

Hope now everybody can see that NOel looks more fuller but the muscle just blur, this is the effect of creatine... So creatine play a very important role in gaining muscle saiz and fullness

Dude, your BMR is low, you should be around 2000 - 2200. 1st reason you are tall 2nd you are doing resistant training.. You need more muscle to increase the BMR so you can burn more calories
