You know, I never realized that gynecomastia could only occur on one pectoral and not the other. Huh.

I just realized: Doesn't H&F have quite a habit of running posters "out of town," if we can put it that way? I mean, just off the top off my head: Budak84, King83, Zeist...
(I'm not sure if I'm forgetting anyone) |

QUOTE(darklight79 @ Aug 21 2009, 09:22 PM) Lol, I'm ok with King83 already. We met a few times at gatherings and we've talked cordially. Give him a break, he's been through a lot of shit from his breakup with his ex. How you doin? I lost your number btw. Hah, I wasn't condoning dogpiling specific posters until they stopped coming to the H&F forum, I just noticed that it seems to happen a lot. I've been all right--could be better, could be worse. No worries about the number--given that the last time I talked to you was, what, over a year ago?--it's no surprise I've lost your number as well. I'm surprised that so many gyms here apparently let people into the weight room without a shirt on, what with the potential problems with sweaty benches and all.
re: Darkie: From what I remember, you called to tell me to check out that Pro Buffed Bodies forum Terry Gallyot had started up. I've never received an invite to a training meetup! |

So yes, genetics largely explain the extreme differences between individual bodybuilders. What they DON'T explain is: What's up with Jay Cutler's fruity little haircut?

QUOTE(bledig @ Aug 28 2009, 05:10 PM) daamn, was measuring my biceps yesterday and it's only 13 inches! There are wayyyy too many variables in play to draw that conclusion. And i am a 76 kg dude. Thats tinier than average right? I need a reroll Also: Go by the mirror, rather than the measuring tape. This post has been edited by angrydog: Aug 28 2009, 05:50 PM |

QUOTE(shanecross @ Aug 29 2009, 09:00 PM) LoL. Perhaps he was under the impression that Kopitiam has credible trainees to critic his Squat. Fresh trainees have the mentality of posting their videos to receive a pat on the back but not open to any form of critics at all and if they do receive, they start becoming defensive. What I disliked is how he kept spewing venom at random people minding their own business at the gym. My beef had nothing to do with the fact that he wasn't very big/lifting very little; I would've called him a douche even if he'd been some gigantic Ronnie Coleman clone. No one here is probably good enough for him since he is probably leg pressing 290kg easy breezy This post has been edited by angrydog: Aug 30 2009, 01:16 AM |

QUOTE(Shah_15 @ Sep 1 2009, 01:02 AM) i prefer free weight too but since i went to gym alone, there is no one will support me if i fail..haha....since i'm on bulking, my workout is focusses more on squat. is doing squat using smith machine will affect the gain i will have than using free weight? If you're just starting out, I think pretty much anything you do in the gym will get results. This post has been edited by angrydog: Sep 1 2009, 01:06 AM |

QUOTE(lcsum @ Sep 2 2009, 07:11 PM) agree with you john91 i still remember there is one person in H&F who goes to kfc almost everyday and once he enter the premis the people at the counter know what is he going to order....go in pay and come out....forgot who was tat...if im not mistaken angrydog is a kfc lover too.. That ain't the half of it. Other unhealthy things I love (and eat frequently) in addition to KFC: - steak - Ramly burgers - mashed potatoes with lots of butter - chili crab - fatty pork - billionaire's bacon - curry laksa - kaya (okay, pretty much anything with tons of coconut milk in it) - Yorkshire pudding - etc. QUOTE sometimes the chicken covered with oil and it will oozes out on your plate....almost like drinking oil from the fried chicken Reading that description literally made me go![]() |

All the other numbers are good, actually. Pretty strange, considering my diet.
I think Malaysians have a Pavlovian response whenever they see the words "Ramly burger" written anywhere. |

Temporary solution until you get there: Shoulder pads! (Easier if you wear a suit regularly)

Check out some of the local photography studios on ModelMayhem.com. Just don't get yourself molested or something like that.

I think it's a fairly Asian phenomenon to believe that any excess/lack of ANYTHING will lead to cancer in some way.

Personally, I consider the Progress Photo thread the online equivalent of sitting at a bar and making judgment calls about what everyone else looks like. It's fun!
