Dun have enuff endurance then U have to run more la. Not necessarily run the marathon distance (in Ur training), but at least prepare Ur body for the punishment of running 5 hrs plus. Meaning, LSD for 5 hrs la. It's pretty simple really, dun have endurance, run more LSD. Dun have speed, do more speedwork/intervals. Dun have energy, eat more. At least U finished. I dun dare try running a marathon yet, at least not in this couple of years. Not until the half marathon becomes second nature to me..really suffering like hell for the last 23km
