Yes BodyGlide or SportShield will stop chafing at any part of your body.  2XU compression wont guarantee there is no chafing but some of my customers told me it does help.  2XU main purpose is control muscle movement during run hence reduce the production of lactic acid, and also post race muscle fatigue recovery.

I personally felt that SportShield is better and last longer.  Your sweat doesnt wash it away.  You gotta wash it with soap during your shower.  My Tri customer told me it can last at least 13+hrs

Interesting. Will consider SportShield for the next run. hmm.gif

Hi bro tenno, how was ur run on half mara, smooth running? thumbup.gif

btw, can v join the pesta MOF run?

It could've been better. I didn't really suffer that much except for the final 5K. Maybe it was becoz all the guys/girls standing there yelling,"5K to go !!! 4K to go !!!" Considering that I never run more than 15K in training, perhaps that was the reason I suffered so much in the last 5K. It seemed endless. I was able to maintain 33 mins in the 1st two 5Ks, then 35mins, then 37 mins. My next goal in my next half would be to maintain constant pace thruout the race.. if I can maintain 33 mins, tht's already 2:12, much better than my current PB. & I also took an awful lot of risk by not eating in the last hour. Fortunately that decision didn't come back to haunt me.

Pesta Sukan MOF is for staff only la, sorry la. Usually I'll take part in the 10K track event. Quite a good field, a few national athletes representing BSN will usually be there as well...
