I'm not an active runner but going to be soon. Doc advice that i should do more exercise. Wanna join gym, but no budget.

Hi! I'm a beginner runner. Run at Kompleks Bkt Jalil the so called "hill" track.
Anyone know how many km for each uphill run? I want to run 10km but i don't know how to track the km.... Need it to know the timing.. Btw, I also trying to jump for 45mins almost each day. Is it ok? Will my legs become thicker? Thanks. |

My 1st time marathon... considered ok.... Once finish race.. walked towards the GB booth... feel the pain at my ankle... sprained my ankle. But thank God is after the race ^^
10km = 1.15hr, initially target to complete.. so the medal is a bonus. Now i can brag brag brag since all don't expect to complete, what more a medal |
