I also send fax to cancel the Credit Shield... useless if you pay promptly. They even refunded my first payment also.

petronas is quite smart in choosiing their strategic partners for its credit cards. they give to maybank for visa cards and cimb for mastercard. do you realize that? quite smart right. that way both banks get their business.
