Can apply. My ex company is definitely a shoplot in biz area and they have few home line unifi. Just mayb they didnt registered it under the company name. Under the name of the director.

What WAN IP address does the router get ? Could be PPPoE password prob or account suspended?

actually the no AUTH but still got internet thing also affected the BTU at my house this morning... ip is 219.95


we live around 8km apart and different housing projects

Is your BTU the silver box one? Which model? Some of them the AUTH light don't light up. Doesn't mean anything. Anyway 219.95.x.x is fine. At least we know it's not PPPoE credentials or account status causing the problem.
What happens:
1. if you ping google.com.my from phone and pc.
2. if you ping 172.217.31.99...
3. if you browse straight to 172.217.31.99 (this is google btw)

Type "ipconfig /all" in the command line (assuming you're using Windows). What does it show?
1. when you're in ipv4 only where you said neither pc nor phone works.
2. when you have both ipv4/ipv6 where you said only pc works and not phone.

My friend sent this photo taken at his condo 1120 park avenue last week. Is this nationwide offer? Can we downgrade to this package? I'm paying rm139 for 30mbps but i dont really need the speed.

I heard some dealer can even sell 30mbps @ rm99. Dont know whether it's true or not. Is there any dealer who can sign me up here?

Yes you can, one of my office is on my own shoplot, I registered home plan for my staff under personal name.

Just called up 100 to enquire about the RM10 upgrade. I think I was too late. They said that my acc is not eligible to upgrade with the top up RM10 from 50mbps(TYS) to 100mbps... T.T

Nope, the promo still goes on, it's for selected customer only.

If u not eligible means you're not selected. If u got the sms promo then u can show it at tm point then they'll proceed it for u.

Guys. I saw the phone pole outside my house getting a fiber loop and the white box for fiber ports. But there are only 1 port box only for a row of about 20houses.

Checking coverage by address at tm site, i still see covered by streamyx only. Could i go to TM point and signup already or do i need to wait for TM to update their system?

ask agent check for u don't wait for system. the website system not accurate one especially for low cost residence. I know this malay agent very friendly always help me check for port availability through whatsap

Obviously no, it's just a RM59 add on for a mobile line after you subscribe to the normal UniFi package so you still have to pay for your home broadband connection, but I'm not sure if further discounts are given.

Agent already setup booth and i sign up from them. The agent told me in system he can see the port.

But so far no calls for installation appointment yet.

the latest wave of people, more than dozen, reported they were called, invited to upgrade 50->100mbps.

only question is if it will be +rm10 or +rm20.
