Sorry. Typo, some lucky ones got RM 179.

I came from 30Mbps for RM 179 and free upgraded to 50Mbps then last November received SMS from them to top up RM 10 for 100Mbps and Jumbo package on top of my Ruby package. The free calls I am already having it since 50Mbps. The drawback? Contract refreshed again for 24 months for our case.

TM don't care.. All waterfishes welcome. So sad, at least we here know and get decent pricing and package.. Hundreds of thousands who don't know and simply autopay each month.

If in KL, march straight to HQ and politely demand for it. Tell so many got d.. Threaten to terminate and they can sue or send all the red letters they like.. You won't pay. But that if they concede thus small request.. You'll not only pay every month but spread the word on social media that TM is bestest.. Sell it like you mean it. Trust me, the inside manager at the office will approve..

why not upgrade to 100mbps?

if u can get it with +rm10 and keep the rest same, it will definitely be the best we know of.

So guys, i set the router to ipv4 only and the internet is not working for both Laptop and Phone. it works on ipv4&ipv6 only mode though for laptops.. Currently ipv4 mode and not connecting to the net

DNS setting is set to Google DNS for ipv4 and Blank/auto for ipv6

the phones IP configuration is set to DHCP.



well on the BTU, the AUTH light is not on/light up. but the internet still works somehow...

Varnam/Aneka/Ruby pack included as well?

Do you have a spare router that you can try it with? That could be the issue.

I still believe for 50Mbps user i am still the best n for your info i can upgrade to 100Mbps for 169 but i turn down their offer bcos for me 50mbps speed is good enough for me

Definitely not best value-wise... package for RM.. So my earlier comment still stands. 6" pizza = RM15/16.. 12" pizza for RM17.. Doesn't matter if 6" is enough for you alone. The better deal remains the 12" pizza.

Oh it could be a router issue, cable issue, or other issue. You have to eliminate the physical cause first, before moving on to the software cause.

You probably already told before, but can you tell again what was the upgrade path? What package and price previously? What did previous package include?

Just out of my curiosity, can we apply consumer unifi for business use like use in shop lot instead for business package?
What benefit business package compare to consumer as I see consumer is cheaper .

For business address, you cannot install home Internet, TM will not allow. If there's loophole I'm not sure la.

What mean by business address?
What about people stay in shop lot but not for business?
What about people stay at business address but ground floor for business and top floor for residence ?
Kinda unfair right?

This looks like the same ad banner as from a few months ago when they said there was a RM99 package then pulled it back a few days later.

Too bad for these people because address is registered in a shoplot. Don't know about unfairness because I never experience before. Feel free to check with TM.
