They called me to upgrade me from 50mbps to 100mbps. RM 199/mth + 6% GST.

Previously I subscribed to 30mbps, then got upgraded to 50mbps (same price).

Contract period stays the same as my previous contract.

Also the router warranty is extended 1 year.

rm149 for 100Mbps with internet only i would happily sign up...i don’t need those free calls, hypptv and whatnot

Highly doubt it as unlike TIME, TM is crippled by old infra tech all over. Unless they aggressively begin upgrading works, especially with high-rise buildings.

Just received call to upgrade from 50mb to 100mb but rm20 for my other account at my mom house. Last week i request for my account only rm10. Straight i told tm i got upgrade rm10 and i want that offer for my second accout. Tm say cannot, only rm20 can. I told her i dont want. Hehee

30Mbps was always RM179 b4 GST. The price of RM199 will include 600 minutes of talktime, which is valued at RM20, hence RM199 b4 GST.

When they initially said promo for 30Mbps for RM179 I found out that they actually lied. They just removed the talktime price.

I am currently on 50 mbps with jumbo pack and std20 paying RM209 before GST.. Previous was on 30 mbps but upgraded to 50 mbps for free.

I called TM at the 100 to ask on this upgrade and was offered immediately by the CS of TM.

Pay extra RM10 only.. No change to current contract which is no contract.

Have to wait 7 biz days to get the sms confirmation and then need to reboot the router.

So guys try to call TM first before trying at the TM Point.

Just noticed the RM189 for 100mbps under the Internet is RM99 and HyppTv is RM90. Mean for tax only can claim 1188 only.

it will be sick of them to ask u for +rm20.

becos u r already paying rm209 for 50mbps.

Try to push them lower. I'm using the same package as yours for RM 189, there are a few lucky ones for RM 169.

The initial RM179 30M from a year or two ago was without STD20. Yes, you could add RM20 to RM199 to get it.

But when the RM139 30M promo came out a few months ago, it clearly stated normal price will be back to RM199. Old posts on this thread should have that detail. Also agents were saying that too. At that time, Unifi website also showed RM199 normal price (without STD20).

Later on, agents started saying RM179 normal price and then I noticed the Unifi website also changed the price to RM179.

One problem is that Unifi website does not clearly show the current promotions. So when some agents call and say this or that, users do not have info to check with.

I tried to ask for discount by giving up my 600 minutes free call but was rejected.

You got very good price for your current package. 5p mbps with Jumbo packages and 600 minutes for RM189

How did you get it. What was the history of your package

I am most lucky one paying 159.00 excluding gst for 50Mbps plus jumbo pack n 600minutes free call
