currently using D-Link DIR850L from TM. is there any way to request change router to TP-Link Archer C1200??

or is there any better router thats affordable in the market?

guys, i have a question if you don't mind answering.

At my girlfriends house, her internet connection only seems to work for PC/Laptops.. not working on mobile phones

i tried digging in her router settings (RG4332) and tried checking the DHCP server (enabled) and WiFi encryption setting set to WPA2+AES.
All of our phones can connect to the WiFi but only the PCs get internet ,shes using a oneplus 3.
Should i disable IPV6 and run the router in IPV4 only?? dont know if that would help. its not just her phone, other people too including mine.

kinda clueless, is this some weird underground internet subcription limited to only PCs?

So guys, i set the router to ipv4 only and the internet is not working for both Laptop and Phone. it works on ipv4&ipv6 only mode though for laptops.. Currently ipv4 mode and not connecting to the net

DNS setting is set to Google DNS for ipv4 and Blank/auto for ipv6

the phones IP configuration is set to DHCP.



well on the BTU, the AUTH light is not on/light up. but the internet still works somehow...

not really, the problem is at my girlfriends house.. so its not my own and i dont know the PPOE login/pass

any idea why the auth light isnt on?

actually the no AUTH but still got internet thing also affected the BTU at my house this morning... ip is 219.95
