QUOTE(Icehart @ Nov 19 2017, 11:26 PM) Lesson learnt. Don't be the highest paying customer for TM. Go with the lowest package and upgrade from there. young padawan, you are not doing your best. The best is to stick to the slowest you can live with and never bother upgrade at all. To my understanding, eventually TM will need to upgrade our package to complete. I perfectly fine with 5mbps,now i got free 10mbps i dont think I will move an inch unless they give it free lol I gonna wait that RM99 package, I think it will come just like the unifi lite, come right after everyone sign up 30mbps plan last year This post has been edited by Boldnut: Nov 20 2017, 09:35 PM |

QUOTE(fruitie @ Feb 8 2018, 03:58 PM) My friend got her upgrade too to 50Mbps, from 30Mbps and she is living in a high rise. Not new condo. I Landed house also didnt get offer free upgrade to 50mbps. lolHowever, she didn't get RM 10 top up to 100Mbps, I'm assuming her condo doesn't support it. I just recently upgraded from legacy VIP10 to RM159 30mbps (include 600min free call+ ruby pack) no contract bind tho, because super long time unifi user. personally I really wish to get fees down to RM139 + free calls. |

QUOTE(fruitie @ Mar 17 2018, 12:06 AM) Too bad for these people because address is registered in a shoplot. Don't know about unfairness because I never experience before. Feel free to check with TM. Yes you can, one of my office is on my own shoplot, I registered home plan for my staff under personal name. QUOTE(thejumpinjack @ Mar 16 2018, 11:48 PM) Hi guys. need to downgrade that too, as both my home and office dont use that much.Any dealer here who can help me subscribe unifi 10mbps @ rm99 like the one in the banner here? Normal account, not student. Seems like a good deal for me. Let me know yea. Thanks! This post has been edited by Boldnut: Mar 17 2018, 02:29 PM |
