I also just got a called from TM after MCMC forwarded my complain to them.

Now have to the malay gal to come back to me again whether I can switch to promo package.

According to her, the tele marketing package is with free call but promo package is not. To me it is not worth to have free call as it is paying much more. I rather take the promo price and pay the call fee as per used.

Another problem is my hypptv package, stupid tele-marketer told me over phone that hypptv offer cannot remove and he offered me jumbopack but at the end giving me aneka pack, but to me I more interest in ruby pack and told me that need top up another RM 20.

A bit funny to me, all the marketing strategy shouldn't control by the marketing department?

Just got confirmation, I need to go TM Point to request to switch to promo package and must let the TM point ppl know that the complaint made to MCMC.

Got called from TM regarding my complaint to MCMC. She say wait till my bill for this month and see if they gave me the rm20 discount, if they don't then I can go to any nearby tm point and tell them TM HQ asked them to give the discount. If they say need official information then I can just give her a call directly since she's handling my case from the HQ.

Damn I just applied VIP5 last week before the promo came out... they coming to install this weekend.
Anyhow can I upgrade to 30Mbps? do I upgrade it now or after installation?

your case dont worry. VIP 5 upgrade anytime also ok. and they allow. after installation is ok also. but u can request upgrade now. when they come install. make sure u get 30Mbps and under RM179 package

Hmm so the default promo package does not have free call, but it is from marketing can get free calls? The free calls is a good to have in the 30mpbs plan

New plans no longer free calls, existing subscribers MIGHT can get retain free calls from telesales, but NOT ALL~

Ya just went tm point bangsar. Staff say ok. Filled up a form then sign. Then say will reflect in bill the RM20 discount going forward.

Procedures?

1. Make report to SKMM (pls check back few pages behind. Some kind former posted his wordings)
2. Wait TM HQ personnel to call
3. Go TM point

When I had this problem (port being miscapped after upgrading to 30Mb) I reported to TM regarding port being miscapped the next day the whole building blackout for around 30min after electricity was restored the net was 30Mb/s sweat.gif Not sure if that was coincidence or not hmm.gif

I just received a call from TM, offer for upgrading to 30Mbps. It will be the same amount I am paying for VIP10 (RM179). I decline the offer, after reading many negative reports. Further more, I think I am not going or able to max out 30MBps.

The operator told me if I change my mind, can call up 100 to do so. Can decide later anyway.

Skmm more powerful than cfm.

By right one should complain to cfm. Can't resolve only escalate to skmm. But since alot here direct report to skmm instead. I jz follow suit.

U can raise both cfm and skmm. I did that previously for it other case with celcom. It will be dealt with simultaneously. But skmm staff more professional and fast in my opinion.
