i just got called from tm again. this time they tell me management already approve my req to 179 30mbps plan. so nice to call me again to confirm.

CFM seems slow.....my case forwarded to TM on yesterday 11am....still now update.

my advice,

1. go to https://occ.unifi.my/HSBBCustomerPortal/HSB...erPortal.portal

2. go to my support

3. Create a general enquiry

4. Enquiries, billing, charges, monthly subscription fee, put this in detail description 'TM UNIFI ADVANCE 30MBPS GOES OFFICIAL, PROMO PRICE STARTS AT RM 179? I'M WILLING TO RENEW MY CONTRACT WITH THIS PROMO'

(tongue.gif anyway i just subscribe the unifi advance on july, so if renew again should be fine to me)

edited: i remember last week they call me and tell no contract will be renew.

How long does it take for the TM people to call you guys? I have made a report with SKMM on Monday morning and have yet to receive any call from them.

so all bombard SKMM directly instead of CFM? i haven't done that yet

just went to TMPoint Damansara Uptown there, the officer just ask me to fill in "Service Termination Form" , it is carbon copy, the copied was yellow form

She gave me a ticket number and diskaun RM20 on top of the form

Just went to TM Point bangsar and resubscribed my Unifi Advance 30 to promo price package. I just tell them that i submitted a complaint to occ unifi and they ask me to come to TM point and resubscribe for promo price. Done within 15 min.

I made mine on Saturday's midnight (CFM) and Sunday's noon (SKMM), only received feedback from both of them yesterdays morning.

It's OK, so long mine can be solved and I can only go on this Friday anyway. biggrin.gif

Guys, after clicking "Next" for the SKMM complaint form what happens?
Mine nothing happened...so not sure if timeout or what.

Do they send email to you to confirm receipt? If yes, is it immediately or?
What about the nombor rujukan?

They do send an email with your case no after registering a complain, I received one. Then later they send another one after reading the complain

no no, i mean, i haven't bombard at SKMM, since there is a pic say, should settle in CFM first if can, but i did raise at CFM

not yet got discount, will update if any TM called me, or there is RM20 in OCC, OCC is so slow

edit: there is RM20 diskaun in mytm, hmm, seems going to TMPoint is the only way?

Sent on Saturday, got an email from them, got an e-mail yesterday that they have just escalated the issue to TM. will get back to me in matter of 15 days.

morning a SYT from telekom called me , ask go tm point to fill up some forms and they will start charging RM 179 for the package i previously sign at RM 199 i suspect they cancel the current plan and subscribe you to the new plan .

I'm an existing UNIFI 30 and i just upgrade 3 months ago.

How can I ask for the RM20 discount? Do i file a complain to SKMM or go direct to TM?
