Just got a call from TM Marketing & confirm upgrade to 30Mb Unifi Advance
(fr VIP10). 
I call CS yesterday to find out more about the Unifi Advance Promo. As usual CS damn blur blur. I then insisted that he fwd my interest to upgrade to TM Marketing.
Just received the call & the marketing person said will be done in 3 days when i received the email.
The Promo 30mb Advance Unifi is still @ RM179 + further 6% GST. ( same price as my VIP10 ).
Still free calls TM - TM landline.
Free Aneka Hpptv.
It cost me nothing to upgrade.  : hyper: 

the 60GB download is been there since tm launch the VIP5 package...but until now still not apply yet...

I also just got a called from TM after MCMC forwarded my complain to them.

Now have to the malay gal to come back to me again whether I can switch to promo package.

According to her, the tele marketing package is with free call but promo package is not. To me it is not worth to have free call as it is paying much more. I rather take the promo price and pay the call fee as per used.

Another problem is my hypptv package, stupid tele-marketer told me over phone that hypptv offer cannot remove and he offered me jumbopack but at the end giving me aneka pack, but to me I more interest in ruby pack and told me that need top up another RM 20.

A bit funny to me, all the marketing strategy shouldn't control by the marketing department?

Just got confirmation, I need to go TM Point to request to switch to promo package and must let the TM point ppl know that the complaint made to MCMC.

I'm currently using Unifi 20 package and has been harassed by TM staff past 4 weeks to upgrade to 50MBPS plan with call package at RM249 excluding GST which I refused.

Today I got a call from one of their managers in TM HQ asking me the reason why I don't want to opt for the new package eventough I have given them my reasons. Finally, they offered me RM229 with free calls package (worth 600 minutes to all network) + HypptTV package for free and they even cancel my current contract which had 1 year 2 months more remaining and will prepare new 24 months contract at no extra charge.

I accepted it as the offer was way to tempting     

**The only catch was my contract will be auto renewed to 24 months starting today**

Summary: Free Upgrade to 50mbps at no extra cost (Only upload speed affected from 20mbps to 10mbps but its acceptable)

*Guess TM is desperate to pull their customer vase volume towards them.
