Hi i just update my unifi from 5mbps to 30mbps, but i still get 5mbps? i using tp-w8960n rounter any setting wrong?

Hi, today TM guy come over say is my TP-W8960N problem cannot support 30mbps, so i go to buy a new one TP-WR841HP new router. same also i still getting 5mbps.

While I was away for work, the fellow came and did some configuration at the port outside of my house. Poof, I came back and got the speed I wanted. I even raised a dispute for the days I didn't get to enjoy full speed and got rebated in the next bill. Tell TM if cannot fix it, then deal with SKMM. |
