They offer me upgrade package RM 199 for 30mbps, but never told about the new package for RM179 (30mbps also), which come with aneka hypptv. I dun make call, so free call for me is useless.

I just notice when wan pay bill online.

You don't need to complain anymore just go to nearest TM Point to change and get the latest rebate

Update as of now, just got the direct call TM (not agent) after sending enquiry via the OCC portal.

When I emphasized that whether the Free 600 minutes call is available, the customer service officer told me that it will be available as long as the call is made directly from TM for the upgrade offer to existing customers.

All the conversation has been recorded.

The only downside is its pathetic upload speed. Sigh...

Mine can also.. using modem and router from TM can get 30Mbps. but will drop if further from router to around 24Mbps

no way u can get 3rd party BTU .... u can only change the router ...so definitely "ori modem"

unifi advance 30 enough for your usage unless you always seed torrent that you downloaded vip10 not very worth for you though

I'll say go for VIP10. Its more stable.

I had previously upgraded from VIP10 to Advance 30, but the experience is not pleasant with 30Mbps. The speed fluctuated a lot and TM didn't bother to improve it at all. They ignored my complaints and i was told to provide proof of fluctuates, but they don't accept the screenshot of speedtest i provided, instead they wanted me to do the speedtest from a URL they provided which shown full bar speed at all time of tests (i suspect it was a simulated version speedtest by Unifi).

You can't unless you don't mind terminating your unifi. It's bundled, there's no way to unbundle it either you take both or none.
