Came straight to TMPoint. Explain to t guy, he gave form to complete, now waiting to hand in to counter staff.

Seems the 24 month contract period will restart once processed.

By the way, so it seems that the staffs at TM Point already know the procedure to give the RM20 discount? I thought usually they will be kinda blur if this isn't a standard practice/procedure.

The lady said she has received my complaint from SKMM and she was calling from TM HQ.

It is RM 179 per month now for the existing users but it is better for you to complain to SKMM. I did mine and got the call from TM. biggrin.gif

I did make a complain and I got this CFM #. So i just wait for a call from TM? Has anyone successfully get their discount from TM?

i filed complaint today at 14.47.24 and skmm processed and reply they already escalated to TM at 15.34.57 and status - investigation.. fast action by SKMM.. but waiting 15 working days for tm to take action if not, call SKMM back to complain.

Nope not all TM Point. I go to TM Point Taipan & they still blur about it.
Need to ask them to call TM HQ then can sort out the matter.
My case still not settle sad.gif only can change to ruby/jumbo/varnam pack. no option for aneka pack shocking.gif

Which TMPoint is not blur about the RM20 discount for Unifi Mbps30/Mbps50?
I'm planning to go the one which would not send me back because they don't know the procedure
