I think now we have to wait for our new bill to arrive to see if we are charged according to the new price. I've just logged in to the OCC and the subscription plan is UniFi Advance 30Mbps, hopefully the subscription fee will be RM179 from now onwards, otherwise we all have to make a complaint.

By the way, so it seems that the staffs at TM Point already know the procedure to give the RM20 discount? I thought usually they will be kinda blur if this isn't a standard practice/procedure.
