Please get your fact right. As per my understanding visa provisioning service always charge at USD 0. Please enlighten me if you saw any visa provisional service that charge at RM......... You are right that it was used by bank network and some e wallet and in my case I do use e wallet. Someone above also mention at 0 is generally safe so don't simply comment when you yourself are not sure whether it is not safe or not. Don't see usd then be paranoid, again enlighten me when you saw any visa provisional service that charge at RM.......

Hello guys, I have some questions about hsbc premier money transfer.

I have a Malaysian hsbc premier account which I then used to make a uk hsbc premier account

When trying to send money to the UK account using global transfer, it says I can’t send it to myself because it is my own account and I need to transfer using other ways

The only other option I found was the telegraphic transfer, and when I did this they charged me for the transfer even when I was trying to transfer gbp to myself in my own hsbc account

I have transferred to 3rd party hsbc with no fee, how can I do this when transferring to my own account ?

Any advice would be welcomed

I think due to recent fraud transaction. I request them to cancel my card and they do it so quickly that I no longer can view the account (since only got 1 cc with HSBC)

I'm trying to register and it keeps giving the error code P1J. And as we know it, the customer service is hard to get through the phone.

Yesterday I waited for 2.5 hours and no one answered. I'm currently in queue waiting for 1 hour already as well still no answer.

I just need to know what P1J means

what happened to HSBC customer service ya? Forever nobody answer and when finally some1 answer, it's not as professional sounding as a few years ago, and i get feeling the representatives just want to quickly end my call.

Seems like HSBC customer service call line getting worst. Keep you waiting forever....

had an unauthorized transaction, call nobody picked up. left a chat message. ding dong few days, the transaction posted. then proceed to block and replace card. then the same day, the same merchant unauthorized transaction again. unable to reach CS.

sent a complain to BNM

follow up on the complain to BNM, the fella ask me to call HSBC which in uncontactable to complain that I can't contact them.

i fed up and end up walk in to nearest hsbc for the damn complaint.

Looks like we r going back to the past, visiting bank to get things fixed. Did that for RHB n HSBC.
