for the new credit card promotion (rm600 in TNG when spent using HSBC card)

does using the card for online shopping count? (shopee, lazada..etc)

QUOTE(ahbenchai @ Nov 3 2025, 06:23 AM)
“Retail Spend(s)” for this Promotion are those transactions that are charged to the
Participating HSBC Credit Card/-i (single or cumulative receipt);
9.1. Includes local and overseas retail transactions (including online transactions),
e-wallet transactions, insurance, standing instructions/ auto-billing; and
9.2. Excludes Cash Advance, Late Payment Fee, Interest Charges, Credit Card
Annual Fee, Sales and Services Tax (SST), quasi cash transactions and
credit card instalment plan(s) offered by the Bank from time to time including
but not limited to Balance Transfer Instalment (“BTI”), Cash Instalment Plan
(“CIP”), Card Instalment Plan (“IPP”) and Smart Cash Plus (“SCP”).
*
Since Shopee, Lazada etc. are online transactions, should be counted as Retail spending as well.

Anyone got offered CIP @ 2.88% p.a. by them recently?
Always spam us with 5.88% or 3.88% but seldom heard about 2.88%... Could the interest rate go even lower? brows.gif

But there are other banks which offer 0%. Why bother with 2.88%?

Just curious only... Like CIMB lorr, almost never heard about 0% one... biggrin.gif
Of course we will go with the ones with 0% BT/Cash (MBB, HLB, PBB, RHB etc) if they are available brows.gif

No point considering at all if it is with interest.
