Have not gotten my card since my application was pre-approved on April 17th. (or 18th)

Does it take so long for HSBC to process applications? It's a Amanah Mpower Plat card.

I got the sms that it has been approved, 14 days after the pre-approval date. That also because I called to ask.

Can cancel my card by call? I would like to know before calling them since it takes at least 10 minutes for them to answer my call.

Checking in if any of you have experience with the online banking.

I'm trying to register and it keeps giving the error code P1J. And as we know it, the customer service is hard to get through the phone.

Yesterday I waited for 2.5 hours and no one answered. I'm currently in queue waiting for 1 hour already as well still no answer.

I just need to know what P1J means

Visa signature.

While I could spend that sum, I want to cut off other cards since other cards underutilised and no more af waiver criteria like 12 swipes annually dy 😅
