Any update on Bigpay n boost reload using HSBC Amanah MPower consider as online transaction? or already change category to quasi-cash?

not for the cb anywhere, just make sure the spend is valid for the gift claim promo only. that's why I am asking for "eligible" transaction instead of cb. TQ~

every new voucher need apply new card? old card need cancel?

So far, HSBC is damn fast. I applied @ RP for the free vivo phone. once I hit enter... within 5 seconds, they called me....

Recently applied HSBC from ringgit plus. Got feedback from them that reload BP/Boost are not considered as "Retail Transaction", so not eligible for the free gift. Anyone got any experience of that?

checked, their T&C just mention Spending. no specific what categories, except quasi cash or cash advance which we all know by general is not spending.

I only got Amanah Mpower, they give like 4 rewards points for spending about RM2000... I don't know what is that all about and how to claim also.

Thanks for your reply. I applied through RinggitPlus. Just contacted HSBC and wait for their marketing team to verify and feedback to RP.

I reloaded RM1000 to bp and RM1000 to Boost as the requirement is just to spend RM1000.

After checking the T&C again, yes, its same as the T&C on HSBC site. Just mention spend RM1000 within 60 days after receiving card.

6 months after cancel. Read their T&C.

Example for HSBC promotion below. Some need 3 month, 6 & 12 month. Different from promotion. Read their T&C. I saw RHB need 12months from the date you cancel card to be eligible for their sign up gift.

I contacted HSBC, they investigating for me. BTW, it doesn't state not eligible on bigpay spend. Can bising to HSBC to release the gift.

Just to follow up, two days after I contacted HSBC, I finally get the gift code from HSBC.

Means reload BP/Boost are eligible for ringgitplus gift, but need to read their T&C in future also as they may change it from time to time.
