mean the only way to report the dispute transaction and block card is to walk in hsbc branch right?
since call or chat nobody reply, i also kena few transaction under mentalxxxx on line

yup. just walk in better. fast and reliable than calling their so called customer service. you can block the card yourself via their apps.

My third card fraud due to ipay88
Managed to speak to cs after 20 min waiting
Replaced new card
If cannot settle before due then have to pay first
No need fill dispute form cause cs raised for me

How long did y'all have to wait to get your cards? When I asked the CS they said it takes 2 weeks but I'm on my 4th week by now. It got rejected once and the branch staff helped me appeal again. Any idea what kind of a timeline I'm looking at?

Maybe you could go to the nearest hsbc branch and enquire?

I had similar experience with you, what i did was i called and the send to me another card, after like maybe 2 months or so, someone from the branch told me to collect my card (1st card before the cancellation)...

I told them I've already requested for a new card and it was sent to my home

i noticed the fraud while i was driving
my wife helped me to check the app and make the call
middle of the conversation line dropped (digi sucks)
luckily the cs returned call immediately to complete the process

Yeah super frustrated but no choice, don’t think I have the luxury of time to wait on the phone for 2 hours, just told them to send over a new card on the chat function
