I just started back training for few months back.. Usually i do pull-up for warm up.. Try to increase the rep everytime but still fail.. Lack of strength..zzz.. Plus, im too fat =="

Some pre Christmas random pics my gf took with her phone. Progress not good, weight around 91-92kg, 5"10. My lats sucks but tweaking my back routine for the past few weeks, more intense now, hopefully more progress can be seen soon. Still working on the outer quad sweep, also tweaking my training but no wheel pics. smile.gif Taken on shoulder day, halfway thru workout.

since sometime already don't have anymore idea for my diet plan..everyday tuna,chicken breast,eggs... icon_question.gif

2 large plates of white rice
Half a pot of curry chicken
4 servings of spaghetti bolognaise
1 loh mai kai
2 slices of large Hawaiian Domino's pizza
