(behind clav and touching throat) this would be real easy if u have a squat rack. (the positioning part) my gym sucks. i have to clean the bar from the floor. and i think and read that front squat needs good form so the bar dont roll off. chest up, shoulder up, contracted upper back, and the elbows positioning. |
