This was when all I did for my biceps were front squats, pull-ups, chin-ups and rows. Now that I've added bench presses and overhead presses, I'm hoping they'll grow slightly bigger.

I know measurements aren't all that big a deal for you (or are they?), but what're we looking at here? Heh.

I think....the left's 12.5" and the right's 13". The only reason they look like they're big is because of the lighting and that I was doing some barbell complexes after my workouts, so I managed to shave some fat off.

I think I took this shot in......like August? It was about 3-4 days before my graduation. My mom was fooling with the hat, so I took it and gave her that pose. She laughed saying I'll never make it as a lecturer. Ever. Yeah, that's why I'm a trainer mommy.

elbow high and inward.
your hands r just there to prevent rolling of bar.
its your shoulder (parts of deltoid?) thats support the weight.
the bar was standing on those muscle. but at first, i do have some prob positioning the bar so sometimes it ends up on parts of my clavicle. have to jerk the bar to position it comfortably. (behind clav and touching throat)
this would be real easy if u have a squat rack. (the positioning part)
my gym sucks. i have to clean the bar from the floor.
and i think and read that front squat needs good form so the bar dont roll off.
chest up, shoulder up, contracted upper back, and the elbows positioning.
