Bros , need some advices here..

My left elbow joints "click clark" everytime i do barbell bench press and incline press. and my shoulder joint feels pain everytime i go slightly heavy after taking pre workout supps.

can i know what should i do to get my joints fixed? i'm still young i dun wan die cockstand when in older times.. thank you.

lol i eating fish oil ady but still the same? how many tabs of fish oil u eat per day? i eat 2 tabs per day enough a?
