Getting Started

Hi guys,
Can the classic Snickers/Mars be a good snack or post workout meal?
Or should I avoid because of the high content of sugar?

after working out, i ate 1 pcs of breast meat, small amount of rice, 3 slice wholemeal bread with luncheon meat (sorry not halal) (cause rice and breast meat not filling), 2 pcs of biscuit, 3 ferrero rocher
eating much after working is it good or bad?

Bro, that's not much.
But anyway, if you're eating quality stuff, then its good. If you're loading yourself with crap, then obviously its bad.

but i am dam fat now 100kg lol~ trying to cut down fats~ but cant resist the appetite just starting to carry weight only  beginner

If u insist in having choc, go for the dark ones, at least >70% cocoa. They r the healthy ones. Bet u won't wanna have alot of it.

shitzz did deadlift superset with machine row Then barbell row superset with lat pulldown Finish with close grip cable pulldown then dumbell pullover... Nvr get this sore before!
Eating australian sirloin steak now,300grams! Roars
