Hi guys,

Can the classic Snickers/Mars be a good snack or post workout meal?

Or should I avoid because of the high content of sugar?

post workout, sugar = good. fat = bad.

snickers/mars bars are loaded with both.

after working out, i ate 1 pcs of breast meat, small amount of rice, 3 slice wholemeal bread with luncheon meat (sorry not halal) (cause rice and breast meat not filling), 2 pcs of biscuit, 3 ferrero rocher

eating much after working is it good or bad?

Bro, that's not much.

But anyway, if you're eating quality stuff, then its good. If you're loading yourself with crap, then obviously its bad.

If u insist in having choc, go for the dark ones, at least >70% cocoa. They r the healthy ones. Bet u won't wanna have alot of it.

shitzz did deadlift superset with machine row
Then barbell row superset with lat pulldown
Finish with close grip cable pulldown then dumbell pullover...
Nvr get this sore before!

Eating australian sirloin steak now,300grams! Roars

my finishing meal is usually 1/2-1 whole chicken
roast or just nandos

yesterday was doin cardio and chest workout and this morning wake up feeling sore on the chest muscle, it feels GREAT.
