Start with whatever you feel is heavy enough to do the recommended reps X sets. Look at the stickies, for a good beginner workout plan. Alternatively, go Google Scooby's Worshop, there's some good stuff there too.

I'm answered using my limited knowledge on these matters. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

To get The Body Shape, working out is just one step, a healthy diet is paramount. This is because the body needs the nutrients to rebuild the muscle and etc.

Nothing is good ever comes easy. How difficult? Depends on a persons body type and genes. Haha. Everyone is born with "abs", but it usually is covered by a layer of fats. So, burn the fats, and then the abs will show.

Im thin then if want to become fatter need eat more only can build body right. If just eat carbohydrate like rice and noodle how to be fat? As i know carbodydrate and fat is different thing.. DOes it mean i need eat more oily stuff to becoem fat then build nice body?
-----------
*
unused carbo will turn into fats. excessive fatty food can make u fat too. having said that, if you have a metabolism rate like no other (good example would b swimmer michael phelps), it does not matter what you eat. but again, if you want to be like him, you have to swim like him.

No offence intended, but I don't think you have sufficient knowledge to make a proper workout plan (I don't too), so I suggest you look at the stickies for a suitable workout plan, or Google for a workout plan that will suit your ambitions.

15 years old this year? Well going to finish PMR or just finish PMR i presume, I think it is better for u to concentrate in ur studies first and not fully concentrating in building ur body.

Of course u can do bodybuilding, but I would recommend that u learn (read more) and do all the simple workout like push up, sit up, dumbbell curl to build some basic strength first. Well going to form 4 and form 5 will learn bio if u are taking science stream and u should read and learn how the body works and do some cardio to keep ur bodyfat % low.

Do it for a year or 2 then after SPM only concentrate into building ur body.

Eat a balance diet with at least 4-5 meal a day (portion should not be too large until u are TOO FULL). Keep ur metabolism rate high and bodyfat percentage low enough with enough strength. That should be easier to build a better body in future smile.gif
