Finally got out of the sorry-ass clubhouse gym I was going to before and started going to this new gym in my area today. Finally, proper equipment!

Yeah. Above Domino's at the shoplots. Um, there's a squat rack, Smith machine, benches, decent amount of plates and dumbbells, and quite a number of cable machines and a couple of treadmills.

Yeah there's a lat pulldown machine. Uh, approx 5-10 minutes drive or so from the new Jusco. RM5 per entry.

Did squats on the smith machine yesterday. Felt a little odd, since it was the first time using it, but it seemed to hit my quads a lot better. I'm really feeling it today.

Haven't done leg presses for quite some time. =x My leg workout used to be squats, leg curls, leg extensions and calf raises.
