i need some advice here.
i plan to go for muscle isolation but totally clueless of which group muscles i should work on for each day.
can someone suggest me which muscle group works best with which muscle group?
for eg. Monday-Chest and Tri etc.

Mon chest
tues back
wed legs
thurs shoulders
fri arms

4 times a week, add arms to shoulder day OR
mon chest and bi
tuesday legs
wed back and tri
fri shoulders

3 times a week,

I find doing shoulders on the same day as legs works pretty well for me, for a 3-day split. Since on other days, my shoulders are pre-exhausted after either chest or back.

dark, may i ask if you do a chest/shoulder split how long would you take usually? because i'm taking like 1.5 hours for one bodypart, so 2 bodypart in a session = 3 hours? sweat.gif

at least 2 hours to finish to exercise

abs only show when ur bf <9%
auto.
but yeah, of course wel all train abs, just slot in between when the feelings come.

Mine shows visibly at 13% and now I think my bf is like 16 or 17% d still got, but less visible though. But then thats just me lol. 14 more kg to go to reach target weight! I'll be a fatass by then.

Anyone in FF Curve? There got squat rack or not? Here in Empire they seems to misplace the damn squat rack.

I say misplace. They moving from Consplant to Empire, before Consplant do have a squat rack. I've asked one of the staff, he say maybe they haven't transfer everything from Consplant to Empire yet. But I wonder where would they put it then, space packed. I guess tomorrow I just got to go with the Smith machine for the first time. I'm newb in everything.

Don't waste your time, the pool isn't open until the 25th. Still under construction.

The whole area is a mess for people who lift weights. I'm extremely mad.

Aerobic aunties really love the place though
