Guys ... I have question for competing bodybuilder or any bodybuilder that successfully cut to shred. During cutting, are you suppose to feel tired ?

And when do you eat your carb since cutting, you reduce the carb (for lifting day and non-lifting day), my thinking that you only can eat carbs 2-3 times a day (green veges is not included in the count)

Neek do you eat beef. Try reducing the beef and egg yolk for now. Eat more oat because it is said to reduce cholestrol. take it morning and after workout only if you are cutting. Cut high GI food and saturated fat.

Salmon contains omega 3 right ? I tot it's good for you.

looneytunes. You can add some carb with your whey for pre workout. No sugar or the sugar content is less than 15% of carb calories. After workout can eat rice and protein ..

Is it a must for bodybuilder to eat within 3 hours ? I find it troublesome and expensive

I'm also learning to cut to shred, it's really hard to see your six pax. Cutting my calories till 1800kcal now. But still slow progress, I guess i should cut more.

And about carb consumption, i eat during breakfast about 50g of carb, preworkout 30g and post workout 20g of carb. I'm afraid if I workout without preworkout carb, my body will use the protein as fuel, that means maybe it will use my muscle. That's why I think preworkout carb is important. I also eat 20-30g from green vege and 10-20g from peanut butter throughout the day. So total carb around 120-150grams per day.

Anyone got better diet or advice for extreme cutting ? (for the last 2 weeks) ..... blush.gif

Are you suppose to feel tired on cutting phase ? Right now I get used to eat 120g carb without feeling tired. rclxub.gif

From the nutritional fact, the amount of trans fat is 0.0mg. if it's 0.5mg i think it's still ok. just half the miligram per 100g

By the way, if i'm not mistaken whey protein contains trans fat hmm.gif

I train shoulder with leg in single session.

1st exercise do shoulder press, cause now my focus is shoulder not legs, my legs already big (cause my fat tend to go to legs) and I'm just bodybuild for fun and not competition.
2nd exercise. Lateral raise
3nd exercise Squat 70-90kg. I guess now I can only do 60-70kg cause so long never go to gym. Gym closed.
4th leg extension
5th leg curl
6th & 7th exercise - calf raise / press.

shoduken, if you want to do the threadmill, run as fast as u can. For the weight lifting, do before running on threadmill.

For fast recovery, maybe eat more protein or take whey protein

I like your post ken86 . . . in the last 2 days, i remove all the kitchen salt from my diet. Whenever I sprint, I feel like my calf is going to cramp so cannot push all out. How to solve this problem without adding kitchen salt ? Or is it I limit too much carb that my muscle easily cramp ?

Cause I practice very low carb (now I am at the end of my cut - so I will be very strict), a banana already 20g carb. I only bump my carb intake twice a week. Purpose is to make me look dry like the bodybuilder during competition ?

treat your puasa as cutting month. Puasa la!!! just 1 month a year. Drink milk or casein as suggested by darklight during sahur. And train at night after 1-1.5 hour after buka puasa. Before sleep drink some milk or casein.

I will post this friday or weekend. The peak of my cutting. But I need more mass hence I am bulking now. I am meso-endo .... easy to gain or lose weight. More to the easy gain weight side. I guess.

About sugar comsumption. I can eat 3 slice of secret recipe cake at 1 sitting. Is it too much ?
