is it ok to take chicken as protein through fried? my workplace only sell them fried and i would eat at least 2 for lunch with meehon for lower carbs...

Hi guys,

Can the classic Snickers/Mars be a good snack or post workout meal?

Or should I avoid because of the high content of sugar?
