here's a question

how many of you here actually swims every week? Frankly i dont know how to swim but put that aside, i just wana know tongue.gif

is swimming good for bodybuilding? as in a good type of workout to tone muscle?

can add honey, nuts, ham or whatever u like lol



Here is the calorie breakdown (copied from the video comments)

oats= 300 cals
egg whites= 85 cals
whole egg=75 cals
Total=460 total calories
Protein= approx 40 grams
Carbs= approx 55 grams

Exam ended, yesterday i went to ultimate gym and joined.

So tomorrow I will be starting my first gym session at ultimate gym with no gym experience at all, dono which workout to start. Eg, legs, chest/tri, bi/forearm, back/abs.

or maybe ask terry's opinion and listen to his advice?

ah how i wish i can afford his PT haha. but might get his PT next year when i graduate and start working. thank god his gym is near my uni and the price is really dam affordable, unbeatable price i must say.

hope tomorrow he will guide me a little bit lol~ cause he told me he got PT session, so if i go in afternoon, he might be able to tell me wat to do and i will do my own.

really excited lol~

just met darklight at ultimate gym just now, too bad my fren called me otherwise will be having dinner with him~

after working out, i ate 1 pcs of breast meat, small amount of rice, 3 slice wholemeal bread with luncheon meat (sorry not halal) (cause rice and breast meat not filling), 2 pcs of biscuit, 3 ferrero rocher

eating much after working is it good or bad?
