i believe it's an apartment as well. so high rise. how can it be condo?

i think it's better for them to take their time because the land used to be mining pool. so maybe they should wait until the soil is ready.

my lawyer state that in the deed of mutual covenant, it is defined as condominium..

just placed my booking, asked about when the construction work start, they mention april... i m not sure if that will be apartment or condo coz i think apartment doesnt have swimming pool, card access at the entrance... i dunno

i thinkk i should check with them when i sign the documents.

Yup... no gym or any other facility is better... can pay less maintenance fee... i just need a place to stay... not built muscle. Even landed property don't offer gym facility and only pay for security.

apartment doesnt mean their dun hv pool/ all those things....... .some developer build it behind de building o top floor of it......IN sri sentosa , their also got 2 apartment also got this facilities too =="

this 1120 is actually an upgraded apartment.

i dun need gym la... to be frank i used to pay for gym and i dun even go... lol

wht is the different between condo and apartment??

condo usually have more facilities such as swimming pool, gym, some even gt tennis ocurt, squash court, sauna room...

1120 only gt swimming pool, i think is apartment..

just call up the developer and ask...

currently they r waiting for the billing stuff ! (something between the bank and the developer i guess)
