For condo, they usually comes with min 1car park and it must be covered carpark. Covered here means with a solid concrete roof. Second must have swimming pool. Third, access card for main entrance.

for this 1120 project, it is actually a 'upgraded' apartment, not a full condo. and its lease hold. That explain why the price is cheaper than other condo.

you better go with ocbc. they are more transparent and explain to you clearly.
those UOB loan are trying to milk as much as possible from customer. and their SA sucks..
dont even know a thing. never explain, and bad service. try to con their potential customer.
be wary of them.

they even try to milk me 2k for nothing!!!!

finish all ground works and piling(if needed)

in china, 12 months can complete a 15story building.
average height in china cities is 40-50 stories. 3 years done!!
