QUOTE(felisa0529 @ Feb 6 2010, 09:00 PM) in reality, no much difference between freehold and leasehold..just think, how long can someone survive> u have to know this in case if u sell it after 10yrs, the 2nd owner will stay few or tenth/twenty/thirty yrs, then when 2nd owner resell it, the 3rd owner will not have much time to stay in the property, cos its nearing 99yrs. u need to know this if u wanna buy it 4 investment. even if u buy for own stay, it will continue to be lived till ur next generation, rite? |

IMHO, its good for investment as it comes with the ezpc offer. u can sell or rent it after 5yrs or so, with paying least amount of interests, compared to projects without the ezpc programme...

QUOTE(dadidi @ Feb 8 2010, 07:51 AM) den, u r really the lucky one ! Omg i bought T5 cos its near guardhouse. Coz the tower 5 facing the kampong side, is where my uncle show me this face I think tis is the reason developer make that direction as a main entrance. otherwise, tower 5 really might not sell out in the end. Thus, they also purposely make it lesser unit to attract the buyer. A Very Smart Selling Plan ! May I know How much is ur purchasing price ? and which floor is ur car park located ? |

QUOTE(sup3rfly @ Mar 9 2010, 07:42 PM) btw just wanna check if anyone tried apply loan from panel bank but the agent is not in the panel bank brochure??? do i still enjoy the 3 + 1.5yrs benefits? u still enjoy the ezpc as long as the bank is listed in panel, cos the sales team is not fixed to those who were there in 1120, but to all home loan officer, of the panel banks, do ask them for confirmation. |

not necessary to open an account, u can pay directly to ur home loan account number. however, having an account is easier if u wanna transfer the $$ from ur savings to ur home loan monthly. certain banks also has offset limit if ur bank account has a huge amount of $$, where u can save on interest.
