called the show room just now, the lady said that the piling machines next to the petrol station are 1120 PA's and construction will start in April.

Let us put more stress on them. (keep on asking and follow up with the construction progress)

ok, assumed that lady doesn't tell lie, again assume those piling machines next to the petrol station will eventually drive to 1120PA construction land in april? because 0211445 just said that the land next to petrol station is not for 1120 PA and he is right to me because as i know as well the piece of land that next to petrol station is to build a few row of shop-lots instead.

btw just wanna check if anyone tried apply loan from panel bank but the agent is not in the panel bank brochure??? do i still enjoy the 3 + 1.5yrs benefits?

u still enjoy the ezpc as long as the bank is listed in panel, cos the sales team is not fixed to those who were there in 1120, but to all home loan officer, of the panel banks, do ask them for confirmation.

well the bank agent did help me to check... she say still entitle to have that benefit but i called developer they are not too sure also... i challenged the developer then the developer ask me to write a mail to them in regards to this =.=||

there will be an extension of the shop lots in front. behind the shop lots will be 1120 PA. no worries. i check and drove around the neighborhood.

i saw 2 air cond written in S&P Document.

Don't worry. It's the same as long as under the panel bank. I used CO not in the list but from panel bank. I'm phase 1 buyer.

You are purchase medium cost apartdo (look like condo but stated apartment in the s&p)... haha...

ok please confirm whether it is really stated in the S&P. all this while, it was advertised as condominium.
if it is stated as apartment, then this is a fraud!

its clearly stated apartment on the loan offer letter, double check on 1120 PA official website, its also state as apartment.
