The right side's unit buyer make a smart choice, while the left side's is the otherwise.
To0 bad, From The pic shown below, most of the ppl go for the bad fengshui's location !
( the circle spot is where my uncle strongly recommended me due its well situated feng sui strategy.)

I think is juz bcoz of most them wana get the swimming pool view !

Guess Peter really playing a little bit of psychology wit all the buyer here ! Smart Strategy !
But, this property do look attractive for me as well.
i m still hestitate bout it ! coz i would like to buy it for investment !

any investor here who have purchase the unit ? plz advise.

Thanks dadidi for your fengshui and opinion. I went to the showroom at 11.30am today and made a booking at Tower 4. I'm interested in that tower because Tower 3 is just too far for me. So, not much choice left. Here are the latest booking list i snapped. Still can't make up your mind? brows.gif

Nothing is perfect in this world... everything has pro and cons... lets think long term if you want to make good investment in property. We must be flexible and adaptable.... yeah.. i also hope with the project will start soon. They said will start work in May. rclxms.gif

I guess many ppl looking for the same thing but ended up buying a condo instead due to its "hardly affordable" price tag. Maybe a second hand house will be easier to find than a new one. Look at the papers and property website. Or bettter still, buy those lelong houses...of course, there "might" be some downside which you never know...such as... "paranormal activities"...if u get what i mean... in the end, you realised there is no nice and cheap landed property in PJ area. Highly recommend landed if you got the money... smile.gif

I went there last saturday... there are a few "tall" machine inside the construction land...probably the work already stated... i think no need to "feel" and speculate since 36 months is a long way down the road.

Those who are very skeptic should pay a visit or make a call to their office.

Yup... no gym or any other facility is better... can pay less maintenance fee... i just need a place to stay... not built muscle. Even landed property don't offer gym facility and only pay for security.

i encounter some hiccups with OCBC.... i went to one of their branch to open an account to serve my loan.... the staff want me to show them my offer letter! i didnt bring it... they said..."oh, you must bring it"... i called my loan agent and past my hp to the staff... after 5 min... they still "argueing" on the phone... my loan agent said it was his first time heard such rules... then an manager came to serve us and used 30 min to explain and get details from me... even ask me for my business card.... i wonder why they need it....

anyone encounter such situation??
