Or they can stop cheque even though account got money.Cheque=possible that the receiver never get paid. where u got that information? i am pretty sure you can cancel the cheque for a fee to the bank that issued the cheque.bank draft cannot tendang and sure have money.Bank draft=receiver sure get paid no matter what. |

QUOTE(chris lee @ Jan 15 2010, 08:44 AM) Type S1 & S2-RM168k-RM188k thx, today booked type M @ 260k, thats about 15% increased in price.Type M-RM190k-RM220K Type L-Around RM240K correct me if i`m wrong. This is the information that the SA provide to me during my first visit to wisma peter. QUOTE(king4891 @ Jan 15 2010, 12:33 PM) Phase 1 have 2 carparks too. but this time i am sure the PBB is not on the panel bank list, can we still get the 4.5 year payment free offer if we take loan from them?Heard PBB give -2.0% that's the best rate I heard from this forum. But locking period start from full drawndown. Flexi. UOB -1.85% but locking period start from first drawndown. Easily offer 40 years loan tenure. Semi-Flexi. MRTA optional. SC -1.9%. locking period start from offer letter date. CIMB always tell quota finish. OCBC -1.85% but heard a lot people get only 80%. If wrong please correct me. Faster pass up all your documents because once everybody pass up then the process will be very slow. Added on January 15, 2010, 12:36 pm Haha... where is abangcorp? so important day cannot without you.... QUOTE(cheraspeople @ Feb 1 2010, 11:27 AM) Been to wisma peters yesterday. Still left quite a number of units there but mostly facing west. I think they should really give some freebies to the unit facing west. im going to the site tomorrow to sign the S&P, will update you guys on the sale status. but if they did offer some freebies, then i think many would just cancel their early bookings, pay the RM500 penalty and re-purchase with new freebies. |

QUOTE(sam59 @ Mar 10 2010, 06:07 PM) ok please confirm whether it is really stated in the S&P. all this while, it was advertised as condominium. its clearly stated apartment on the loan offer letter, double check on 1120 PA official website, its also state as apartment. if it is stated as apartment, then this is a fraud! QUOTE From the two car parks for every apartment, the tiered security to the generous living spaces, these are just the few hallmark features that await you and your family. |
