thanks wee2000, looking forward to a good news from you...

however, i have also mailed 1120 Park Avenue and received the following response:

"Construction shall commence somewhere in 2nd Quarter of the year. In terms of handover date, it shall be before December 2012."

Do not know who is correct, the lady at the show room or the mail...

Hello NSD,

I called the show room last Friday and they said they have already started piling. Hopefully it is true the "piling thing" that you mentioned.
Maybe you can try to call them back tomorrow to verify and feedback the forumers.

i pass by the site this afternoon... i saw the pilling machine and some poles is there.... but there is no signboard yet tho smile.gif

just wanna check with u guys... can i apply the loan from the panel banks without getting the MRTA??? or can i get MLTA instead of MRTA?
*
yes, you can apply loan from panel banks without getting the MRTA. if fact, the developer wants it like that as they don't want to pay for the interest on MRTA during the construction phase...

yeah..if the lady is telling lie, then i can't help..maybe dadidi can help to call back and ask...
i was talking to a malay lady this morning, then try to ask a chinese lady instead..
see whether she will say the same or not..if she says different then it is true that it was a lie..
no harm checking status of your own house.. cool2.gif

No low cost at 1120 park avenue... hehe.... normally when talk about low cost is RM100/psf. If gift from government is about half of the low cost price.

You are purchase medium cost apartdo (look like condo but stated apartment in the s&p)... haha...
*
is it stated as apatment in the S&P? i read through the S&P but never notice this?

hmm... let me tell you which page after read it again tonite. 3 months already... have to refresh.

ok please confirm whether it is really stated in the S&P. all this while, it was advertised as condominium.
if it is stated as apartment, then this is a fraud!

it is not in the S&P..there is another promotion agreement signed between 1120 Park Avenue and yourself..it states that they will pay the interest during construction and the rebate but did not explicitly stated what will happen if they don't pay..maybe it is based on mutual trust between buyer and developer..hehe.

can still take photo of the empty site and share with the forumers..
then it is true that there is no work there..
and the forumers can put more pressure on the developer..
but don't take at night..can't see anything..

Added on April 8, 2010, 3:23 pmEmail reply from 1120 Park Avenue:

Dear Sir

FYI – earthworks have begun. Timelines are according to schedule. Kindly be informed that we have 36 months to complete the said Project and shall hand over the keys to your kindself within the said period.

Regards

For 1120 Park Avenue

i think the original mine pool, if you refer to the attached google earth view by vincemy is actually on the far right side of the site..the pool there now is elongated at the bottom and is smaller and I think it is not as deep as an actual mine..maybe they just need to do some dewatering and earthwork to reclaim the land..so i dont expect too much risk on the soil stability...but that is just my 2 cents..
