i am about the place a booking there as well... well i pass by the consturction area last week... i see the petrol station and i saw the tnb thingy inside there.... just want to check with the buyers here if u guys paid for the lawyer fees for the loan??? or it has been included as well?

i pass by the site this afternoon... i saw the pilling machine and some poles is there.... but there is no signboard yet tho

just wanna check with u guys... can i apply the loan from the panel banks without getting the MRTA??? or can i get MLTA instead of MRTA?

well there is 2 entrance in that construction area, 1 is the entrance to enter to the petrol station construction site and the other one would be with the pilling machine and the poles, there is a tnb room there as well... not sure if the 1120PA's one... btw for phase 2 there is 2 free aircond right??? does it mention anywhere in any of the documents u guys sign?

the land bside petrol station is not 1120PA then where is the 1120PA oh??? it shd be within the green fences right???

well about the shoplot thingy... if u see carefully there is actually a signboard regarding the double storey shoplot...

btw just wanna check if anyone tried apply loan from panel bank but the agent is not in the panel bank brochure??? do i still enjoy the 3 + 1.5yrs benefits?

well the bank agent did help me to check... she say still entitle to have that benefit but i called developer they are not too sure also... i challenged the developer then the developer ask me to write a mail to them in regards to this =.=||

just placed my booking, asked about when the construction work start, they mention april... i m not sure if that will be apartment or condo coz i think apartment doesnt have swimming pool, card access at the entrance... i dunno

yeah...no gym... shd be low cost condo

i dun need gym la... to be frank i used to pay for gym and i dun even go... lol

to be frank i rather pay the NPE toll more than paying the puchong sunway toll... i wouldnt mind paying the npe one as its really convenient

hey guys... OCBC just approved my loan.. wonder if anyone getting loan from them... any advice??? i have roughly read through this thread but seems like most of the ppl are taking UOB... may i know the reason why?

the OCBC lady is pretty professional... she explains almost everything to me already actually... so i think i will wait for 2 more days then decide... due date of snp is on 24th

just met with OCBC agent again last saturday... there is one thing that i dont quite understand.... there is 2 type of repayment namely advance and capital, for advice excess money that u paid for your installment is not withdrawable, whereby capital, the excess moeny that u paid for installment is withdrawable but provided the minimum of the excess money is rm1k... lets say suppose ur installment is rm1k then u need to pay 2k now for that another 1k to be in the capital account or else it will go to advance... is other banks the same as well????

hey jack, there is still some unit available, mostly are for type S, type M only left 3 - 4 units ar tower 5, tower 3 got a lot of type M but u might need to reconsider as its facing west.

Type S - 200 - 220k
Type M - 250 - 261k
Type L - 280 - 300k

the price is nott for bumi,,,,,, promotion i think still have u better check with them on that...

1. Pay booking fees - rm2k (if u cancel booking before signing the snp they will refund rm1.5k
2. within 14 days u must sign the snp for the promotion to be valid, and u will need to pay rm300 for the snp legal fees
3. if you apple epf, they will give u another 14 days upon the offer letter for loan + the original snp is stamped to apply epf
4. pay the remaining 10% downpayment, downpayment - booking.

i pass by there yesterday, the piling machine is for the shoplots not 1120... i think the best way to confirm is to call ur bank... check if they have released the 1st 10% money to developer a not... if yes... they shd have started work... else work shdnt have started... correct me if i am wrong =)
