Guys, i'm a beginner who's 3 weeks into my training with the Max-OT program. I've been doing upright rows and recently i stumbled upon an article discussing the safety of upright rows here.
Do any of u experience any problems with ur shoulders after awhile? Need advice on whether i should continue with it.

gtoforce: keep doing them, and for the last set get a partner to assist you with going up, and focus on negatives on the way down.

Question, do you cook your eggs or d'you gulp them down raw?
On another note, on the topic of stamina and cold drinks. My take on it is that cold drinks do not affect your stamina adversely, though I've got a friend who is adamant in believing drinking cold beverages will ruin your stamina. How would I explain to him how/why cold drinks don't affect your stamina. Or if I'm mistaken and he's right, what's the explanation for cold drinks affecting stamina as he doesn't have an explanation for his claims either. Just trying to understand this particular topic.

Cook it, hard boiled. I like it hard. 2 yolks at night before bed.

Cold drinks don't affect stamina or digestion and all that shit. Don't believe anything bro.

eat more egg whites like darklight. 10 eggs are only RM3.50. considered cheap smile.gif I order chicken breast (only) from chicken rice shop, RM 5, quite big portion .

Yeah, cheap. I sometimes hit up to 40 eggs a day if i'm too lazy to go out and buy steak or salmon.

So I visited Terry Gallyot today. It was nice, we caught up, chatted, discussed training, tuned up my training, supplement timing, etc had post workout meal with him. Awesome guy, i feel a lil stronger everytime i train there. Lol, must be his aura or something.

I Poach it, easy to take and time saving.

I tried hard boiled and scramble before, 6 eggs is just too much for me in solid form. I feel like puking while finishing the last half potion rclxub.gif but now i m on my cutting phase, so i have cut out the yoke too atm tongue.gif

Darkie have a very nice point about egg yoke on prebed, those fat are awesome for the whole night fasting.

Sometimes we have no choice. A bodybuilder cannot always eat for taste, we have to eat for function.

I've trained alot of pullup. Now I can do clapping pull up for 2 times biggrin.gif I'm surprised I can actually do it ... Before this I cannot do 1 wide grip pull up. Now can do 3x8 reps wide grip pullups

How do u keep the hardboiled eggs darklight ? they seem to go stale pretty fast in containers.

Here's a tip for those who can't stomach 10 egg whites

What I do
No-Carb Pancakes

In a blender, put in 10-12 egg whites, a few tsp of psyllium husk and a few dash of cinnamon powder (You can add some CHOC whey powder for a chocolatey pancake). and blend it under the lowest speed for a few minutes.

then pan fry it. It will come out nicely like a pancake and if you want some good fats, spread some peanut butter on it and consume.

The safest alternative would be to do upright rows with a rope attachment, the type of rope you use for tricep pushdown.

But honestly, there are better exercises out there, especially if you value your shoulder health.

It is because of the high protein diet.

Cholesterol also not that great, HDL too low and LDL too high.
